  • From June 1 – 17, 2021, we dare you to participate in our annual student competition that helps us find the best and brightest talent across Europe.
 
  • Dare To Do More invites final year students, recent graduates and young professionals to capture, harness and take their most innovative ideas to market. You’ll be competing for a job to kick-start your career at PepsiCo.
 
  • With dynamic roles in rotational graduate programs across a wide variety of functions, this is the chance of a lifetime. Dare to join and you won’t be disappointed!

THIS CHALLENGE IS IDEAL FOR YOU IF:

 
  • You are a final year student, recent graduate, or professional with up to three years of work experience.
  • You have full-time availability to join our graduate program in September 2021.

  • You are innovative, passionate and creative.

  • You love to seek out new opportunities and challenges.

  • You have the eligibility to work in the country for which you are applying.

  • You are a fluent English speaker (local language is beneficial).

Graduate position at PepsiCo

All local finalists will be interviewed for a graduate position at PepsiCo. Selected candidates at the local finals will win a full-time position and will also later compete for the top 3 additional prizes at the Europe Finals.
